Can we bring in our own caterer?

We work very closely with a carefully selected list of caterers. We prefer not to work with unknown caterers who don’t know the way we operate.

Can we bring in our own alcohol?

Only if it is unavailable from our usual suppliers.

Can we do our own decor or bring in an outside decor company?

You are most welcome to organise your own decor. We do, however, work with a large variety of talented florists and decor specialists. Our in-house florist, Lorraine, will blow you away.

Can you help with any extra hiring onsite or do we have to get everything from a supplier?

We have a wide variety of extras and are able to source anything else you need.

Do we have to use your DJ?

Yes, we have loads of amazing DJs and are confident that we will match you to the perfect sound supplier.

Do we have to use your waiters and staff?

Yes.

Do you have accommodation?

Not yet, but there are a lot of great places nearby and we will point you in the right direction.

Do you have wheelchair-friendly access?

Yes.

What are the co-ordination packages that you offer
